Sales Representative (Closer)
The Sales Representative (Closer) is a key driver of business growth, primarily responsible for closing deals with potential clients. • Attend Team Huddles: attending team huddles for coaching, updates, and direction
• Lead Engagement: Being a part of team collective effort and driving show rates.
• Sales Conversions: Conduct high-level sales conversations with pre-qualified prospects, delivering a world-class experience. Build genuine connections with prospects to guide them toward confident purchasing decisions. Represent our clients with professionalism, ensuring their values and goals are at the forefront of every interaction.
• Sales Conversions: booking onboarding calls for fulfillment to begin the process of transformation
• Follow Up Nurture: Working Hot Lead pipeline to drive follow up sales
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data integrity and clear communication across teams.
• Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Sales Per Booking %, Show Rate, Offer Rate, Close %, AOV, and Cash Collected
• End Of Day Reporting: completing end of day reporting for leadership
• Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with a variety of audiences.
• Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of managing a high volume of outreach in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, with strong attention to detail to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and digital communication channels to streamline outreach and follow-up efforts.
• Adaptability: Ability to pivot strategies and adjust messaging based on prospect feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
